Biography: ROBERT PARKER LITTLE graduated B.A. from Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge, in 1848. He was ordained deacon in 1849 at Rochester, and priest in 1850. He was Curate of Liston, in Essex, 1849-52, and of Berkswell, in the county of Warwick, 1852-56, when the Directors appointed him to a Chaplaincy on their Madras establishment. He served at Arcot,1856; Tranquebar, 1857-64; Aurangabad, 1864-67 and 1870-72; Coonoor, 1872-73; Bolarum, 1875; Coimbatore, 1876; Bolarum, 1877; Cocanada, 1877. He died at Cocanada in 1877.
