Biography: EDEN HOWARD was appointed and arrived in 1732. He was admitted to Trinity College Cambridge in 1726 at the age of 21; and graduated B.A. in 1730. He married at St. Mary's Fort St. George, Hannah Parker, a daughter of one of the Company's servants. He returned to England in the early part of 1745 after 13 years service.
