Biography: JOHN HARDING was born in England in 1823. He received his educational training at the C.M. College, Islington, 1844-46. He was ordained deacon in 1846, and priest in 1847, by the Bishop of London, and worked at Allepee in Travancore from 1848 to 1854, when he returned home. He became Vicar of St. Martin's, Salisbury, in 1872, and died in 1883. He was the author of Peace to the Heathen.
